4/2 - Lower Supplemental

Leg Curls 2 sets of 10
Leg Extensions2 sets of 10

I have been having a lot of issues with my groin over the past few months and this week it has escalated to a whole new level. I cannot perform any hip flexion without pain and it is impossible for me to raise my right knee to my chest. I am guessing it is my gracilis that is screwed up, as I still can perform knee flexion and extension as well and hip extension. I plan to try to work up to my opener this weekend but will have to see how my warm ups go.
