No lifting today as my body is beat up. I have been feeling like shit for quite a few weeks now and I believe this is a result of my current template. Going into this meet I have only performed ME squat/dead 5 times and have performed zero dynamic work over 12 weeks. Despite feeling strong under the bar, my body is breaking down. I will reflect more after the meet and make changes where needed.
